SNACK (10am)
Sugar free chocolate pudding (Jello)
Dried pineapple (2 rings)


LUNCH (12pm)
Taco Casserole leftovers (see Recipes)
Mango Salsa
Apple with peanut butter


SNACK (2pm)
Oatmeal (old fashioned with Truvia and soy milk)
Clementine
Dark chocolate Hershey's kiss (1)


SNACK (6pm)
Granola bar


DINNER (10pm)
Turkey panini sandwich (whole wheat bread, deli turkey, avocado, tomato, lettuce)
Baked asparagus w/ balsamic vinegar
Plum


WATER:  10 cups


NOTES:  I know....late dinner again.  Struggled to get all my water but I DID IT!
