Dried mangos


WORKOUT (3pm)
3 mile run
30 min weights


SNACK (4pm)
Baked sweet potato (spray butter, Truvia sugar, cinnamon)


DINNER (9pm)
Cereal (Go Lean Crunch)
Soy milk
Orange
