NOTES: Ski day (therefore pretty heavy in "quick grab" and "pocket stuffer" snacks. Dinner was very balanced (all food groups). Lunch was fabulous, I had been craving a hamburger for two days and so my husband took me out for lunch and we each got a hamburger and shared a serving of fries. This can fit into a healthy diet as long as it is a "once in a while" food choice.
